We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item under the conditions below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened beauty or personal care products

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

🔁 Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item for another product of the same value.

If the new product is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

💰 Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back via courier.
